Deutsch Weihenstephaner chose the LS-PN series because it offers high reliability and flexibility. The system is designed to handle the demands of continuous operation while also providing easy maintenance and repair.
In this project, we used CPU control continuous conveyor belt using one LS-PN master station with 20 DI/DO slave stations, 10 DI/DODouble slave stations, as well as 30 WellBus bus inverters driving conveyor belts running while collecting presence signals.
Our solution not only improved efficiency but also reduced costs by minimizing downtime due to equipment failure or maintenance issues.
