三、如何减少和控制工业废气排放

To mitigate these negative impacts several strategies need be implemented:

Strict regulations: Governments should enact policies regulating emissions standards for industries that produce large amounts of pollutants. This includes setting limits on how much each facility can emit per year based on its size capacity etc., penalties for non-compliance must be enforced effectively.
